One Message. Same-Day Reply. No Forms.
There is no contact form on this site. Message us directly on WhatsApp and a person replies the same day. That message is also how you book the free 1-hour trial lesson.
We reply 9am-9pm Malaysian time, daily.
WhatsApp: the fast lane
Every enquiry, trial booking and scheduling question runs through WhatsApp. Replies 9am-9pm MYT, daily. Same-day, every day.
Why WhatsApp only?
One channel means nothing gets missed and you always talk to a person, fast. Send documents, voice notes, mark sheets, past-paper photos. Everything a trial booking needs fits in one chat thread you can scroll back through later.
No call centre, no ticket numbers, no forms that vanish into an inbox.
Put These 4 Things in Your First Message
They're all Rig needs to start matching your child to the right Chemistry specialist. Takes two minutes to type.
1
School
Which school your child attends. It tells us the syllabus pacing they're on.
2
Year
Year 10 or 11. It sets the runway left before the exam series.
3
Core or Extended
The route decides the papers and the grade ceiling. Unsure? Say so and we'll help.
4
Target grade
What you're aiming for. The trial assessment will tell you honestly if it's realistic.

Questions about contacting us
Why is there no contact form?
Forms go into inboxes and wait. WhatsApp goes to a person and gets answered the same day. Every enquiry ends up on WhatsApp anyway (that's where trials are scheduled), so we removed the middle step.
How fast do you reply?
The same day, every day. We reply between 9am and 9pm Malaysian time; message at midnight and you'll hear from us the next morning.
What should my first message say?
Four things: your child's school, their year, whether they're taking Core or Extended, and the target grade. That's enough for Rig to start matching a specialist. Not sure about Core vs Extended? Just say so and we'll help you work it out.
Can I call instead of messaging?
Start with a WhatsApp message. It lets us match your child before we talk. If a call helps after that, we'll arrange one on WhatsApp.
I'm overseas. Can I still contact you?
Yes. WhatsApp works from anywhere, and so do the classes. We teach Malaysian families overseas in the same format, scheduled around your time zone.
The next reply you get is from a person, today
No forms, no ticket numbers, no waiting list. WhatsApp us between 9am and 9pm MYT and we reply the same day, usually within the hour.
